I recently went to them to repair my Longines watch which I haven’t serviced in 10 years. They gave me a quote the next day and had to replace several parts. I received it in the mail about 3 weeks later just as they indicated. I made the mistake in the past of going to jewelers for servicing and I won’t do that again. It is far better to work with true professionals who have the expertise to do this kind of work. They offer great service at very reasonable prices and the turnaround time is excellent.
