I have been to three different local jewelers to fix my watch and get the crystal cleaned. After seven tries, I wound up with a… dirty watch that no longer worked. I saw the GUCCI certified repair and decided to take a chance. Not only did they get my watch to work, cleaned the crystal, repair all the mechanisms within and replaced bad parts, my watch has never looked or worked better! They always answered my phone calls and were completely professional AND nice. The repairman told me that the previous jewelers had glued not only the G incorrectly on the face but that they used the wrong glue and it damaged the mechanisms which I suspected. He warned me that the G might possible break when taking off to repair the watch because of the previous work done. However, they were able to fix the watch, keep the original G face and mailed it back with the fastest turn around time of a few weeks repair to include mailing it back. I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more “GUCCI cleaning and repair”
I have a 25 year-old Concord mariner – an ultra-thin quartz watch that I love. The stem came lose and the watch was sent back… to the manufacturer who could not repair it as they no longer make parts for this watch. Fortunately I discovered Manhattan Time Service. They had the needed parts, gave me a very quick and fair estimate of the costs and performed the repairs expertly and quickly. The staff is polite, helpful, and totally professional. I would highly recommend them. Read more “Concord Mariner for overhaul and cleaning”
