I have been bringing my watches to Manhattan Time for many years. I have recommended them to both family and friends because they do an outstanding job. The quality of their work is simply the best regardless of what you need, from complex restoration work to simple thing like a watch band replacement.

Sent in a Maurice Lacroix Reveil Globe. Multiple complications: alarm, two time zones, internal bezel, automatic, and date. Something had broken. They were able to restore to new condition within a reasonable time considering that parts were needed and manufacturer’s support within the States for this brand is a bit touchy. One year warranty is given. I had a very hard time finding a repair facility with the skill to even attempt to do a repair on the watch. Would definitely use them in the future.
Great, friendly service. Not many establishments can work on Raymond Weil time pieces but they provide better service than the place I used to take it for factory service.
Jacob recognized my Tag Heuer model and era on sight. I took a friend’s Tissot in and was gently told it held only sentimental value, but they could fix it. These expert workmen are efficient, thorough and honest to a fault.
Had an heirloom watch in need of a major overhaul. Scoured the internet to find a suitable repair business in Manhattan. Went skeptically to Manhattan Time Service but was sufficiently impressed with my reception and the look of the repair workspace to leave the watch. The business’s service was expensive, but the watch has worked impeccably for several months now, and I would return to MTS with a good deal of confidence if another watch required attention.
Took a favorite Skagen in for a watch-face repair (loose numeral), plus cleaning/seal replacement. Staff explains everything about repair, prices, etc. very clearly, and performed repair slightly ahead of schedule, 1 1/2 days. Planning to check out their watch straps as well.
