This is my third visit to Manhattan Time Service. the first two times were to simply replace the battery, which was quick and painless. My latest visit the issue was somewhat more serious, but the watch was returned slightly later than expected (2 days) but was fully cleaned and serviced and I received it back like new.
These guys are AWESOME! I don’t normally write reviews, but they have great customer service, and are clearly very knowledgeable. They saved my watch which is about 25 years old!!!
I sent an antique (1950’s, ~70 years old) Omega SeaMaster in for a complete refurbishment. After a couple of weeks it came back in almost as-new condition. Now I have a beautiful antique wristwatch that keeps great time. Very happy. Good price. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Great experience. When my 22 year old Seamaster stopped working I was lucky to find this repair shop to fix it. Manhattan Time Service provided a fair estimate and a short timeline for the work. My Omega runs like new now. Thanks.

What a blessing. I had a Westminster clock that I received from a cherished relative that hadn’t worked in over a year. John waited for me past closing time for me to drop off the clock. To my surprise, he fixed it in a few minutes. What a blessing .
