My watch stopped working more than 10 years ago. I gave it up for dead and was ready to throw it away. MTS called it a Frankenstein watch and brought it back to life. Very good service, delivered it back at the time they specified. Very pleased with their work.

My automatic Panerai Radiomir Black Seal, bought a little over 2 years ago, stopped occasionally. In my country there is no technical service and they charged a lot to send it to the United States. Taking advantage of the fact that I would be in NYC, I looked for a technical service in Manhattan and Manhattan Time Service appeared as experts in Panerai. I took it, they observed it, they determined that it was necessary to change a couple of pieces (strange in a practically new watch), and they offered me to repair it in 3 days for a price of USD 900 (!!!). I accepted. After 3 days I went to look for it. The watch has been working well for 5 days and I hope it continues like this. I do not dare yet to rate the quality of the service. In MTS dare to open a Panerai and repair it, but unlike the official technical services, are unclear in the diagnosis, do not give a detail of the work done, do not return the replaced parts, do not explain how they solve the sealing issues (it is a watch for 100 meters deep), but they are fast and give a one year warranty. Jacob is a tough businessman, he has an explanation for everything, but I would have preferred to get a concrete answer to what was described above.

Excellent service from their team. They always responded promptly and delivered updates as promised. The quality of watch service was excellent. My watch looks great and is running better after their care.

I had a great experience with this company for a simple watch repair. Called in the afternoon, dropped off, ready next am. Good prices, quick, quality work, and professional, friendly service. So happy I found them.

Great service, highly recommended. In particular, a part of my watch’s original movement broke. Rather than simply say they had to replace the movement, instead they fixed it, allowing a quick and inexpensive repair. Skill and integrity very appreciated.

I’m glad my wife’s Patek 24 stopped running on our trip to New York. I asked my jeweler for a recommendation for a battery change and he said “Manhattan Time”. Dropped it off in the morning – got it back the next day working, pressure tested and looking great – all for about $100. Great guys – I’ll use them next trip for a Breguet that is running fast.
