I have been bringing my watches to Manhattan Time for many years. I have recommended them to both family and friends because they do an outstanding job. After taking my Hermes watch into Hermes because the battery needed replacing, I was told by them that it “needed a new movement”. As it is a quartz battery watch, I decided to take it to Manhattan Time Services to see what they said, and indeed all it required was a new battery.These people are experienced, fast and charge a fair price.
Manhattan Time Services is the best. Not only are they professional with their watch know how but their security is top notch and you know they’ll take care of your watch and fix it too.They follow up with an estimate and timing for fixing the watch and normally fix it before the date they give you. I have taken my Piaget and Rolex there for extensive ‘rehab’ and am so happy with the results as these were sentimental watches that I can now wear! I also take all my watches there every 2 years for a battery change. I would not go anywhere else.
These guys know what they’re doing. They’re knowledgeable, charge a reasonable price, quick turnaround, and a joy to do business with. They serviced my Corum and next I’m bringing them my Rolex. Thanks, Mitchell!
I googled watch repair for my Seiko watch. Emailed MTS. They responded quickly. I sent my watch and was given an estimate for the entire insides of the watch, in a reasonable amount of time. I received my repaired Seiko Chronograph watch securely packaged and working. Great Job Jacob, for your expert work and communication during the process. Again thank you.
I wish I’d known about this place 2 years ago when I first tried to have my Krieger watch fixed. It would have spared me a recurring pain. Manhattan Time Services thoroughly fixed it, in a reasonable amount of time, and the bill was perfectly reasonable too. Great to know these guys are in the neighborhood.
Very friendly service from Jacob. 4 out of 5 stars only because it took longer (only 2 days though) than anticipated. The watch looks great and the communication was very good. They repaired an old watch my future mother in law gave me, and it will be my something old at my wedding next Friday. When my FH saw it he said it looked better than new. Excellent service and results.
