My Concord Quartz watch, which is dear to me because it was a special gift given to me in 1985 by my late husband. It is also a beautiful watch. When it suddenly stopped working, I took it to Tourneau, where he had purchase it and without much of a look, they quoted me an astronomical price range. I left them and began to do research to find a reputable watch repair place. Manhattan Time Service turned out to be just such a place. First they tried replacing the battery. When that didn’t work, they kept it further for examination and ultimately replace the circuit board for one-third the price quoted by Tourneau. It is working perfectly now. I had a very positive experience and Jacob was friendly and helpful.

I was on a short business trip to NYC and was staying in midtown. I brought five old watches on my trip that had not worked in years. I looked up watch repair on google and discovered Manhattan Time service two blocks from my hotel. I dropped off the watches at 5:00 PM. I told the friendly man at the counter that I had to fly out the next day at noon. They promised to open, clean, install new batteries and replace the gaskets on all the watches. All of the watches were done by 10:00 AM the next morning. The five watches were again working correctly. I was quite pleased with the rapid turn around and the pleasant customer service. I recommend Manhattan Time service and would not hesitate to use their service again in the future.

Experienced. Fair price. Rapid repair. They are a REPAIR shop – not just a battery replacement stand. They fixed my dive watch – new battery, gasket, pressure test – for $ less than some others – in one day. I have been before and would definitely go back!

I communicated with Jakub at Manhattan Time Service prior to sending my ~10 year old Omega Seamaster to them for it’s first complete overhaul. The communication was prompt, clear, knowledgeable. They dispatched FedEx packaging to ship the watch to them. A couple of days later after receiving an email I spoke with Jakub who advised what repairs were necessary, and what was optional (bracelet refinishing) The watch was returned to me about two weeks later. It appears to be running perfectly. In summary, great communication, knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround. Their cost Relative to other major overhauls I have had performed over the years, and Omega’s own factory service was a bit high. But you get what pay for. Highly recommended.

Found great reviews on Google so I tried it out and was not disappointed. Thomas was helpful. The service was fast, efficient and quite reasonable. I brought in my Breitling and i was pleased with the service.

I trust these folks to only do what is necessary to my watch.
