Because of all the positive reviews I saw on the internet,I traveled from Baltimore to Manhattan to show them two vintage watches I had inherited. They cleaned and restored a gold Swiss wrist watch, ca 1955 at a reasonable rate. The amazing thing was that they were able to restore a gold pocket lady’s watch, ca 1850. It never ran and I was told in Switzerland that there were no part for it, so I would just have to treat it is jewelry. The Manhattan Times Service actually fashioned parts for the watch and got it to run again. They finished the work when promised. When I couldn’t figure out how to set the watch, they sent me hand-drawn, explicit instructions! I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
