I was very happy with the service Manhattan Time provided me. I brought my TAG watch in for a battery replacement and they tuned it up nicely. The next day when I put my watch on the band broke. I went back to Manhattan Time and they fixed the band within minutes, no questions asked, and no fee. Everybody and every company makes mistakes or has errors. The sign of a good company is how they deal with it. Good job!
