Extremely professional and friendly guys, they do great work and I think the prices are fair. I had a crown go missing from a Raymond Weil watch, the RW boutique wanted $150 just to review the watch, then would provide an estimate. Another watched needed a new band and battery, and there were so many to choose from. Both watches were inherited, so very special to me and they took great care of them. Highly recommended.
