Just needed a new battery and found MTS was close by. I contacted Jacob and he explained that the turn around was overnight, which was fine by me! Jacob was very professional and helpful and made the transaction very pleasant and convenient. When I got the watch back it looked brand new and I even thought that they had installed a new crystal. I have an appointment in 2 years to go back. Can’t wait!!!!
