Manhattan Time Service was the only jeweler who could fix my watch. Over the last 10 years, I have sent it twice, and each time it came back in a timely manner, and kept going for another 5 years. It is a 20 year old watch. But mostly, it was the personal touch that meant so much. The last time I sent it, I forgot to include my contact number. After waiting a few weeks, I called their number, and a jeweler answered. He had my watch on his desk!, waiting for my call. That can’t be beat.
