From the minute I stepped in the door with my Bell & Ross chronometer which needed a full service and one of it’s pushers replaced Jacob gave me great service. He explained the process to me, gave me a date when it would be done, and it was done before that date. Now I’ve taken in my dead father-in-law’s 1963 Omega Seamaster to get in working order.
