Our commitment to excellent quality watch repair and service is unwavering. We strictly use genuine parts coming straight from the manufacturer or certified watch stores. We will not risk our reputation by using fake or replica parts except only when a genuine part is not available anymore. Evaluation and Estimate

Thorough checking and evaluation is done for free before we accept to do any service. This allows our watchmakers to give you a specific estimate which contains the cost, the time needed for the repair and the work that would be done. Evaluating and checking your watch would take about 2-3 business days from the receipt of the watch.

Service & Repair Procedure

After giving you the service estimate, we wait for a written or verbal approval for us to start working on the watch. The time needed to finish the work depends greatly on the kind of service that needs to be done.
